  • Transformed a contentious online community into a friendly social space via positive reinforcement and clear policies
  • Designed and implemented the Lakes Letter, a monthly email list broadcast to around 3,000 readers
  • Created the annual 80+ page Lakes of Fire Event Schedule book, the WhatWhereWhen
  • Planned requirements, annual revisions, and data export for the WhatWhereWhen’s event submission software
  • Coordinated a multi-department effort to construct a “Center Camp” for Lakes of Fire’s annual 2,200-person event
  • Wrote the annual Lakes of Fire post-event Survey
  • Designed logos, stickers, attendee wristbands and t-shirt/handkerchief silk screen graphics based on the yearly theme
  • Managed and updated the Lakes of Fire web site, broadcasting content across social media
